I have a 2024 260RD with a Furrion 16 cf 12v side by side refrigerator. Currently boondocking. During the day when my solar panels are active, my batteries eventually fully recharge and go into protection mode at 100% SOC. When this happens, my fridge turns off and throws an error code. All other 12v items continue to work correctly. If I turn the fridge off and on, it runs fine on power directly from my solar panels. At the end of the day, when the solar panels stop generating energy and the batteries begin to discharge, the fridge shuts off again and throws the same arrow code, and I’m again able to turn it off and on and get it running again. Any ideas on why this is happening?

What batteries?

My guess would be some kind of spike or sag as the batteries quit drawing current, but that would be hard to diagnose without an oscilloscope or data collection system.

I downloaded the manual, but don’t see any mention of error codes. What is it showing?

I recommend you have extra 40 Amp ATC fuses on hand. I have the same fridge and mine blew one of the fuses. I am not sure yet why it blew the fuse but I hope to get to the bottom of the problem.
Good luck!

Thanks everyone. Turns out it had nothing to do with the power system, that was just my incorrect trouble shooting. The error code is "FF Er" which is a failed freezer fan - this is a known problem on these units. I've contacted Furrion and they opened a case file, but I'm required to return it to my dealer for warranty processing. Hopefully it will be dealt with quickly.
