New 2024 337RLS.
I just de-winterized last week for our first trip of the season. We used trailer last October and the fridge worked fine.
I turned on fridge and let run 14 hours. The freezer gets cold, but the fridge does not cool at all. It also produced error code FF ER.
I called LCI and they said it's a bad freezer fan. They do not have any in stock and haven't ever stocked this item, but he said they are now going to and will have them in May 16.
Meanwhile I contacted GD and they were not much help. They got my LCI case # and the part# for the fan and said they will see what they can do.
GD just sent email and said they will direct ship fan when available.
Meanwhile I tried soft reset (turn off fridge, turn back on) but error code came back after an hour. Then I tried hard reset. So far, no error code but fridge still not cooling. (UPDATE: hard reset did not work, error code back) I also tried opening freezer door and depressing door switch and I don't hear or feel freezer fan. So, is it the freezer fan? Damper door? Low freon?
I asked GD for a completely new fridge being the coach is so new and that the fan is not in stock, but they did not respond.

Meanwhile I'm supposed to leave tomorrow for a weeklong trip with reservations not refundable or being able to change dates as everything else is now booked up.

I am NOT a happy camper!

If you can get to the fan, there might be other numbers on it that would lead you to the actual manufacturer.

Also, you might be able to move the fan manually and get it started. I wouldn’t trust it long term, but it might do for a while.

If you read your warranty, you’ll see GD’s warranty doesn’t include things like appliances. Those are covered by the manufacturer. Though GD may help you out, it’s Lippert that is obligated to repair.

Yes, thank you. I have been told the whole back freezer panel needs to be removed to access fan. LCI told me they have no repair instructions or breakdowns.

I’d hammer at Lippert. If they don’t stock repair parts, then they need to replace the whole thing.

You might try Amazon to order you a fan I have order many things from them, but in the meantime I would try it to find a fan the same size they have all sizes, their's not the only fans in the world.

UPDATE:
Freezer fan is not available from LCI until late May/early June and has never been a stocked part by LCI.
LCI sent a new complete fridge at GD's request.
Installed and working.....
for now.

Seems like a lot of newer appliances don’t have parts support. Hope this gets you operational.

I had this exact same problem. It wasn’t the fan in the back of the fridge, it was the one inside the freezer that moves the cold air from the freezer to the fridge. In my case they found the correct part on a fridge in their warehouse and sent that fan to me because they didn’t have the part even listed. It sounds like this is a recurring problem. I love the fridge other than this one problem.
