Furrion AC??

Such BS, why not just send what is needed? I will contact them again. I am really getting tired of dealing with GD. I also have a battery issue, that was supposedly fix by replacing the slide motors. After you open and close the slides, come back in a day or two and the batteries are dead. Plug in to shore power, then everything starts over. The solar charger shows 13.1 volts.

Maybe you need to track down your battery drains. Most have vampiric drains even when the Battery Disconnect Switch is turned to OFF. Have you actually checked the batteries with a VOM?

Yes, and it looks good. I will be taking it back to the dealer, after an upcoming trip.

For the AC Issue, it isn't a GD issue. It is a bad design from Furrion and they refuse to admit or fix the bad design. The fix was to add the thermistor to the thermostat but it is only used by the Furnace and not the AC. Here is a good video showing the problem with the design and how much better the unit works with moving the thermistor.

Was going to relocate the temp sensor from the AC unit to the thermostat, but to my surprise there is no sensor in the AC unit, except for the freeze sensor. This is very frustrating. I really search hard to find it on both units.

There should be two thin wires with a small bulb on the end. It sticks out of the control box. Labeled “room sensor”.

Does not exist on either unit. This is the new controller I received a few weeks ago.

If there truly isn't a thermistor coming out of your new control units then they may have actually released a new version that DOES use the thermistor in the thermostat. They are likely not changing the part number but just updating the revision number.

Just to be clear, this is what the thermistor looks like coming out of the controller. It isn't as big as the freeze sensor. As far as the part numbers go, as I was saying, I think the are using the same part number over the different versions and are most likely just updating the Hardware Version number as shown in this image as well.
