Hey All,

We have an Imagine BH2910. We originally got one in 2022 but unfortunately it was in a fire at our campground. Insurance let us get another brand new trailer and we opted to get the exact same model. We never had this issue in our original trailer just the new one. When we try to connect our phones to the Bluetooth of the furrion speaker so we can listen to our music on the speakers it doesnt work. It will connect and say on both my phone and the speaker unit that Bluetooth is connect. Theen after about 10 seconds it disconnects. Ive tried resetting the device, ive tried multiple different phones, played with phone settings. Has anyone else encountered this error and knows how to fix it? Any help is much appreciated!

Most likely you will have to perform a factory reset on the radio. Google is your friend, or the manual.

First off, it looks like you're new here, welcome to the forum. How does the stereo work with its other duties? Is it just the Bluetooth that's an issue? As MoonShadow_1911 said, a reset might help. Try disconnecting the unit from power and waiting ten minutes or so. It is possible you have a defective unit, be sure to reach out to GD customer service directly, they may be willing to ship you a new one if you can't get this one working.

The only real fix for the DV7200 is to remove it and throw it straight in the garbage. With authority. Seriously.

I'll be replacing mine before next year's camping season.

Everything else about the unit works except the bluetooth. I guess this weekend ill pop off the cover and get in and unplug the unit and see if that works. Thanks

If i could have easily found the answer on google i wouldn't be here. I've done the reset on the front of the unit. I'll try as another user suggested and unplug the unit completely and see if that does anything.

I have a similar problem with my Furrion DV1220.
Pappcam is correct.

We bought a new 2022 2500rl in May 2023 and have had numerous problems. They’re being addressed under warranty. Now we’ve discovered that after finally getting the Bluetooth connected to iPhone, (that took trying every day for multiple days) the speakers inside and out don’t play any sound. The radio works and sound emits from all 4 speakers. Why wouldn’t there be any sound when I’m on Bluetooth?

Have you selected "Bluetooth" as the input source?

Our DV3300 is finicky when using BT too. However ours is more of a distance/interference thing than a dead connection.

BTW, Second Chance brings up a good point on input source, would check that as well.

We have similar issues with ours. Definitely a piece of junk. We were never able to resolve the the connection issues. Furrion has an app that has worked to connect called ES Control. Still works and sound’s crappy but it connects.

Welcome to the forum!

My only options under the “source” button are HDMI, AUX, or AV. So after I click the BT button and it reads BT LINK, I’m supposed to click the source button and choose one of the 3 options above?

Confusing because I click the am/fm button and the radio come on and speakers work fine.

Here is a screen shot of the directions for Bluetooth connections on the dv7200.

Last screenshot is how to use the ES Control App.

And, you have paired your DV with your phone at this point and it has connected?

Be sure you've connected audio (multimedia) on your Bluetooth to the appropriate port. While I don't have the same package as you, often Bluetooth can be used for both audio and remote control. If you connect the remote function, you won't get audio.

It seems fitting that Grand Design put these pieces of crap out of their misery by totally deleting the stereo on the 2024 models. I initially tried to get the TV to play through the system so it would use the speakers but once that didn't work I haven't turned it on since.

Sorry I’m late getting back to you. Went camping for 3 nights, was able to get my iPhone linked to Bluetooth and had music from Spotify playing for about 3 minutes when the speakers started to crackle, then no more sound. Thank you all for your help and patience, it’s much appreciated. I’m taking the trailer in Monday for warranty repairs and will request a warranty replacement on the radio now. Be well!

You'll find many threads on the forum regarding the OEM audio units (few of them good). Many of us have either replaced them with a good automotive unit or gotten rid of them altogether and installed a good sound bar (which is what we have with a sub). If you have the unit replaced under warranty, you'll be replacing sub-par equipment with the same thing, IMHO.
