Furrion furrion tankless water heater

First, thank you for this forum!

I am new to this tankless stuff. When the dealer winterized my 2024 BHE they said the Furrion Tankless Water Heater was bi-passed. I assumed this was because it had a module that cycled on/off to keep it from freezing up. Since that time, regardless if it is freezing outside or not (60 degrees), I still hear something cycling on/off. Please explain what is going on and once I de-winterize do I need to turn any knobs off or on. Thanks....just an old woman asking that does not know about this new fangled stuff.

If the TWH is bypassed, you will need to adjust the valve to send water through. On mine it is the red valve on the control panel.
