Me and my wife recently purchased a brand new 265bh. We have yet to take it out it’s only been in our driveway since it got home from the dealer. My issues started almost immediately. My thermostat would not turn on I called the dealer and they gave me a new thermostat.
Installed the new thermostat and it worked fine. Left the camper plugged in since with everything off. Walked in it today and went to turn on the AC and same issue. I thought maybe it didn’t like the 15 amp outlet it was plugged into, so I hooked up to the 30 amp on my generator.
It eventually came on but I got an e3 error. I swapped an and b wires to not avail. Thinking it could be a broken wire I wired it directly to the thermostat wires in the unit itself. Still nothing. Called the dealer and have to wait til Monday to see if they have appointments.
We leave Friday for a big trip and it’s killing me that I can’t fix it. Is there anything I am missing? Any other troubleshooting I should attempt? I have all power cut down and will try again in the morning. I am beginning to think it it the main control board causing my issue. Hopefully I can get it replaced quickly. Thanks for any advice!
