Furrion MPPT 25A Solar Controller/165 Watt Solar Panel Problem

Purchased my XLS 23LDE two weeks ago. Like many others, I have the issue with the constant red light on the controller. I have read every post that I could, but couldn’t find an answer. All wire connections appear to correspond to the MPPT manual. The sequence from the white ground wire is: Solid Red, Black/Red, Yellow, Green/Yellow. I am assuming that the the Black/Red and Green/Yellow wires are negative. I spoke with Furrion once and they had me pull the unit down and disconnect the section that holds the wires and wait 30 minutes, to reset the unit. Upon reconnecting, it turned red. I looked at the wires under the tougne to see if it was incorrectly wired, but couldn’t make sense of it. I would post a picture but my sponsor options hasn’t kicked in yet. I have an appointment with a delaer in 12 days, but if I’d prefer to repair it myself if at all possible. FYI.. my unit was built 06/2023, so many of the 2024 upgrades are not on my camper, it is closer to a 2023 model. Thanks.

Do you have a meter? Check the leads from the solar panels coming in to the charge controller. Some have found that the polarity is reversed coming from the factory.

The wires to the battery were reversed. Light went from red to blinking green. Are the striped wires supposed to be negative?
