Furrion Power cord

My 303 went in the shop with the blue lights on the power cord working. When i got it home only one works. went to a camp ground and only one works, I have a surge protector that shows the voltage on each leg and they are correct. It says they have a 5 year warranty. How do i claim on it? Don
 
my 50 amp cord doesn't have any lights on it but the cord shorted out because the set screws inside the plug were never tightened black wire melted had to replace the plug $85.00 then the rain cover didn't allow coupling nut to be reinstalled due to a different brand of plug I guess so I bought a new cover of same brand as plug and it worked fine cost me another $28.00

For reimbursement on any out-of-pocket warranty expense, please forward a copy of your receipt via fax to (574) 825-9249. Make sure to include your name, mailing address and 17-digit RV VIN.

This is what i mean. Called the dealer and talked to a service writer. Told him about the cord , and he says that if the lights come ON i have a problem. I tryed to tell him the correct way it works but i guess i will have to go over there to get my point across. If you look up Furrion cord it explains it. What to do. Don

We faxed our receipt over 2 months ago still waiting for that reimbursement check to arrive
