Furrion Range Exhaust fan

Has anyone come up with a way to get there vented to the outside range exhaust fan to run quieter? The outside vent flapper is unlatched with a far amount of air being exhausted. Or is this another one of those aftermarket upgrades?
Mine has only one speed and operates at 78db, that’s pretty close to hearing protection requirement.

Could get a variable speed control on Amazon
Lots of room on the side of the range hood to install it
I haven’t used mine yet to hear it but my Jayco sounded like a jet engine so I am sure it is the same

Thanks, installed one of those speed controllers today. Worked out very well and even got it to work with the on/off switch on the hood.
