Ok, so I went into my 350M today to look a few things over, while in there I heard this noise as if something was on and operating. I figured out it was the stereo for the main tv. It kept trying to load a disc, but I had no disc in there or was wanting to put one in. I messed around with it to try to get it to stop, but it wouldn't. IT did this for over 2 hours. Finally I just pulled the radio, unplugged the harness for power and put it on my list of things to check when it goes in for a "Check UP" March 12th. Just thought I might share in case someone else has maybe encountered this issue and had a way to solve it. It's not a big concern that it's not on, as I don't even use that radio for music, movies or anything. Thanks

My dad's is doing the same thing. He noticed it yesterday.

The one in the garage did this, so I just loaded a disc and it stopped. Removed the disc about a week later and it hasn't done it anymore. Maybe it was just hungry or needed a cycle.

Mine is doing this, too. Called GD today and they are sending me a new one. I also asked about the leaking toilet, they're sending a new toilet also. Outstanding customer service. Keep up the good work, this is how companies should be run!!!

mine did too, put a disc in and there it stays...won't eject, on the list for when it goes to the dealer this fall after shakedown season.

Might be time for GD to try a different AV system. We have a 2015 Momentum 328 doing the same thing trying to load a disc even when unit is off. Error code "SEV0" but of course the manual for the stereo doesn't have an error code list in it. Played a DVD, worked except was a color movie but played in black and white. Anyway sounds like the fix is a new one. At least GD is a good company and standing behind the issue. We'll add it to the punch list for our dealer having just completed our first trip with the new trailer.

I phone GD and received a new player and put it in... it now works. we are also in the process of changing out the speakers... we have a Momentum 350 and love it... still waiting to get our fixables fixed.

Same problem here. I just replaced it with one I liked better. Furrion should stick to connectors - they do that well. Sticking their name on inferior electronic devices is only going to hurt their reputation.

I had the same problem after about 3 months of limited use in my 303RLS. It drove me crazy and I couldn't turn the stereo off. The problem started when I tried to eject a disc. The eject button is tight and jammed in the faceplate. When I took a tiny knife blade and unjammed it the system work again and quit trying load the disc. it has jammed again so I got a standalone player and will only use the Furion as a backup. The sticking eject button created a brain freeze for all the controls.

Wouldn't that be interesting if that is what happened to all of ours... I'm sure I messed with that, but maybe not enough. Next time  I'll try that. Thanks

Nice thread on the garage stereo, and it help sort of on my own issue this afternoon. I couldn't get the radio in the garage to produce sound, messed with the settings forever it seems.. Which in the 380Th, is not a fun task as you have to stand on a ladder to read the display.. Great choice on mounting there GD. Well after no luck, I read the trouble shooting part of the radio manual. Not a long read, but it stated that no sound check the wiring for speaker grounding. Back on the ladder removed a few screws and it pops off, looks like one of those pictures you see from India on their wiring running... Spaghetti, and yes the wiring was grounding out. Took a dermel tool opened up the back a bit as the cabling was pinched, the two plugs had there wiring ran thru each other, fixed the routing, put it all back together and wallah, sound... Couple of hours later, it starts cutting in and out like the Cowboy defense and offense this afternoon.. The radio was trying to cycle a disk for some reason. Loaded a disk and it is back to playing the radio.

my garage radio did the same thing. I took it out. Looking for a better quality unit. Man the AV systems in these things are junk,,.

If you pull the stereo out of any car (especially if it was not OEM) you will find the radio wiring most likely looks like what you find in an RV. When you have to connect a manufacturers cable to the installed wiring, you find splices. It is a mess? It can be. There are things you can do to make it cleaner, but no one (not even "professional" car audio installers) does that unless they are installing their own.

Another issue is that they are selecting components made for RV's or cars (ideally, which are designed with vibration, etc. in mind). With those limitations, there aren't that many manufacturers out there.

We are having the ERR SEV0 message on our garage unit too. I pulled it out and I'm checking the eject button, but it doesn't seem jammed in. I contacted JD at Grand Design about it.
