3rd time out in our 2015 Reflection 323BHS and the TV has quit working. Tried unplugging it for an hour (and testing the outlet) but it is dead. Have others seen this with these incredibly cheap TVs? What is the best way to handle resolving it...calling GD or dealing with the manufacturer?

I'd call GD . You could likely get a check and replace it yourself with a better tv by adding a couple more dollars. If ours died it would get replaced by us and would get a Samsung or something comparable.

Join the club. You need to call JD Adams And tell him what happened. They will want you to go buy yourself something you want(Up to $380.00). Then send old tv withe your invoice back to JD for reimbursement. Don

My Furrion TV quit also after 3 weeks of use. Sent an email to GD from the website but have not heard back yet.

I called them but they will likely respond to this thread once they see you post. They promptly took care of the issue. I bought a new TV within a dollar amount they gave me and then they reimbursed me.

GD doesn't read this section on a regular basis. Your best bet is to call JD @ the number redram posted above. If it's a post you want read by GD you need to post in the Tech section, that they monitor on a regular basis.

Saw a haier tv in a 313rlts reflection the other day so not sure if the furrier is just a rebranded haier. Guy at Costco said they get tons of haiers returned.

I just had mine replaced. JD is a great guy to deal with. I bought a Samsung and sent the other
one back.
