Futura Bike Rack / Fuel Economy? (OR other tongue mounted bike racks).

Does anyone have a Futura tongue mounted bike rack or similar rack, and if so, did you notice any impact on the fuel economy when towing? I'm trying to decide if I should go with that or the Mount-n-Lock Bumper reinforcements and my existing rack for hauling our bikes.

Towing an RV is like pulling a couple of vertical sheets of plywood through the air. I doubt seriously that you could measure the difference with a tongue-mounted bike rack. An advantage of a tongue-mounted rack is that everything would be subjected to far less jarring and bouncing than something mounted in the rear. Even with the reinforcements, I wouldn't trust bikes and a rack to an RV bumper.
