Garage door locking arm contact pads

I contacted GD on April 11th about the drivers side garage door latch arm missing little black round plastic 'bumpers'. I was told to e-mail GD and I did, I never heard back!! So please get back to me GD!!

It was good talking with you last week... And thanks for sending me a PM yesterday letting me know you received the plastic "bumpers." Again, our apologies for not responding to your email. We still do not show receiving it here, so if you find you did send it to the right email address please let me know and I'll forward that to our IT department to have checked out.
