I have Imagine 3150BH 2017 I thought this used in December 2024 the rear floor is soft so I pulled up floor only to find the entire floor was wet! I scraped all the adhisive off the floor and it show in the left rear corner is where the floor is the wettest. PEOPLE SAY TO CHECK DRIP TRAYS but I don't know where to look. I think it leaks whether slide is in or out. IDK what or where it could be. Schwintek is the type of controls for the slides and I notice the rails are wet Anyone else have problems finding drip trays

Why don’t you have someone run a garden house over the trailer and watch for where the water is coming in
I can only assume these people are talking about the drip tray in the fridge?
The hose is sometimes run down into a pan to evaporate but they should be pulled out through the access door on the outside to drain on the ground

Did you buy this knowing it had this damage?

That would be very disappointing, but unfortunately not all that uncommon to find water issues if someone hasn't been very vigilant on upkeep. My assumption is that they mean the areas directly below the slide corners where the wiring usually passes through the floor to the underside. These typically look like "drip trays" because if there were water dripping down the corner, if would escape where the wire goes through.

I agree with @NB Canada to have someone spray the outside so you can determine where the leak is and address it. Use a good strong flashlight and inspect the area while water is being sprayed outside. Likely a bad slide seal, but you won't know until you find it. It can be challenging but it has to be addressed before any repairs are made, or in order to just dry it out thoroughly. Good luck!

Forget the drip trays comments. Those refer to a different problem and people were trying to determine what you had that was leaking. They were referring to an oil leak from the drive motor where the manufacturer offered drip trays as a fix.

Thank you I will try the hose thing. It was raining yesterday and I looked outside corners and could see water dripping of the schwinkek rod into plastic corners. I noticed the wire for motor through a hole in that plastic piece but it was filled with black silcone caulking which I removed. Maybe that was it water started dripping out that hole.

I know some people will slightly angle the camper when the stabilizers are engaged so that the slide side is lower than the opposite side, this way water riding the Schwintek rails goes away from the camper instead of toward the seal. I've also seen a post or two where someone mentioned applying a dab of caulk on the rail just at the seal so that water stops and rolls off before it can enter the RV.

Personally, I have never seen any sign of moisture in that area where the cables goes down and out. Most people will put brass wool to keep mice out but allowing water to drain if it did reach the area. Sounds like the previous owners just sealed it up with caulk; perhaps a good example of what not to do.
