I have a 2021 moment 397th-r when running the genarator none of the elictrical outlets work one air conditioner and refrigerator is the only things that works on the elictrical side what can I be missing.

Are all the breakers on the generator itself turned on?

Sounds like one of the legs isn't getting powered.

In the back of my tv in the living room TCL tv their is a box with sound wires going g to it is that supposed to go through the speakers in the ceiling

What size is your generator? How many amps? And did you plug your shore-power line directly to the generator? What size cord is it? 30amp or 50amp? Have you checked all the breakers? Did you check the GFCI? Is the fridge 120v or 12v?

Got it it was a braker that was thrown guess I'll figure it out as I go thanks for all the help.
