Perplexed wall plugs inoperative while using generator. Can't charge cell phone. We're only using 300 amp to power furnace fan, lighting, tv. Circuit breakers normal. USB ports charge normal. Slide out normal.

Do any of your other 120v items work while hooked into the generator?

Breakers good. To FT4NOW . . . Yes! Silly me I didn't think of that. Thanks. Still wish to diagnose original snafu no
Well at least that eliminates the generator. I'm assuming they worked on shore power. Are you using a dog bone adapter to connect to the generator? Sometimes those dog bone adapters go bad, the internal connections break. A good indication is if only 1 of your legs of power is getting power (assuming you have a 50A RV).

If you have a multimeter with you, you could check for continuity between the input and output sides of the dog bone adapter if you are using one.

All outlets or just some?

They may be on a GFCI circuit and the outlet is tripped with the reset on it.

Would also help to know what unit you have, along with what generator you are using. Built in or stand alone? Adapter to shore cord?

Assuming you meant 300 watts? 300 amps is more than my home draws.

Have you checked your GFCI? In our 261BH all outlets are controlled by one GFCI outlet.

FT4NOW was spot on. I went to breaker box one-by-one turn off breaker and back on . . . seems to have fixed original issue. Still don't know which one was faulty though. I MUCH appreciate plethora of solutions & thoughts.
