Generator shut off when refrigerator on button was pushed and wont restart

398M Yamaha generator turned off when I turned on the refrigerator. There was 60% amount of fuel in the tank. It was on for about 30 minutes before dieing. It wouldn't turn back on. It only has about 2 hours on it.

Oil level was good.

The fuel pump is what the issue was. It only had 7 hrs on the unit. NPS customer service was amazing to work with! I was very lucky to have found this person that helped!
