Good Price on Imagine 2800BH?

This will be my first RV purchase, so I'm looking for some feedback on the deal. I live in Alabama and I have a quote for an Imagine 2800BH for $32K out the door, including all taxes & fees. The 2800BH has the theater seat option, but no other upgrades. I'm calling a few other dealers near me, but wondered if anyone can comment on this offer.
