I started on this forum in 2017 before we purchased our first ever trailer. WOW, what a learning experience. We have had a great time, seen some fabulous areas of the country, learned a lot and yes had a few bumps in the road. All along this group was here, answering all my questions and giving some great advice. Thank you to everyone for such a fantastic, knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly group. This is a great forum (and very few forums can say that) – do not ever loose that! Keep holding yourself to a high standard.

To @chris (who started this forum) and all the great moderators who keep it going THANK YOU. You keep this such a friendly, helpful and supportive place. You work very hard with little acknowledgement or reward, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your hard work. Keep it up.

We have greatly enjoyed our Solitude 310GK and were not looking to sell. We have put over 17,000 miles and 209 nights on it. In fact, I was looking forward to some camping in 2024. Unfortunately, life has gotten in the way, and we have not gotten to go camping the past 2 years. No fault of the trailer, it is prepped and ready to go. We were approached by a very nice couple who had seen our trailer just sitting in storage. They were looking to upgrade from their current 5[SUP]th[/SUP] wheel specifically to a 310GK. I am always happy to talk trailers and camping (or most other things ) and what started as just “showing them” a Solitude 310GK they feel in love with the trailer and the rest is history. We wish the new owner’s the very best.

Take care. Be well
and most of all enjoy the journey

PS Yes, I have highly recommended this site to the new owners. I hope they join the “family”.

PPS I will still be checking this group from time to time.

Thank you Chris and all the best. I've been one of the recipients of your knowledge and truly appreciate it!!!!

Thanks Chris, Good luck to you going forward and may the wind always be at your back.

Chris, I hate saying goodbye so this is a see you when you stop back in reply. You have been a valued member for a long time and will be missed. Hope you have another chance someday to enjoy camping, it sucks when life gets in the way of doing what we enjoy. :grouphug:

Thank you for all the kind words. I will keep popping-in and throw in my 2 cents, or is that 25 cents now with inflation. I hope I can still contribute here and there.

Take care

Chris
