I have a 2014 Reflection 303RLS and my goose neck faucet spray button assembly broke. I have a few questions.
I presume I can get a new assembly from the dealer?
The camper is 14 months old but I have an extended warranty so I presume this would be covered?
Can the button assembly be pushed in from the outside?
Do I have to purchase the entire flex hose assembly with spray faucet to replace the broken button assembly?
My nearest dealer is Colerain RV in Indianapolis.

I realize I posted the my first question about this on the Solitude Plumbing forum. The moderator can delete my post there if I can not.

thanks

Bob - Welcome to the forum.
I can't answer all your questions, but.....
I have a 2014 Reflection 337RLS and my kitchen faucet spray button broke on our first outing. Cheap plastic fixture.
I had the dealer replace it (under warranty) and they used a much better quality fixture.
I believe GDRV knows they used poor quality fixtures in some of the 2014 Reflection builds and would be willing to send
you a replacement if you called Customer Service. Even if it is 2 months beyond warranty. Worth a try at least.

I also believe you could buy a replacement at Lowes or Home Depot and not have to wait for a dealer to order parts for you.

Hi Bob,

This is one really friendly place. I expect that you will join us as a site sponsor. Our spray head (303 like yours) has come apart like you describe . . . several times. I keep putting it back together. A minor irritation that I will soon replace with a single lever better quality product. There have been many forum comments on this. Why GD doesn't pick up on this is a little bit "out of character" for them.

Thanks for the feedback folks. I called customer service at GD but have not received a call back. I will call the dealer. The dealer has been good so far working with us on our Atwood front AC.

Our spray head broke too, Jerry sent me a whole new faucet.
Got started doing it myself and cant find the water shutoff so I can take out the old one without getting hosed.
Anyone know where it is or is a valve setting operation?

Thx

Why not just shut off the pump and/or city water connection? Then you can open up the hot and cold drains under the coach to bleed off the water in the lines.
