I assume people believe that the sumo springs put a lot of stress where they hit the bottom of the frame when traveling. My father-in-law loves his. He said the trailer doesn't roll side to side nearly as much and they seem to help with sway. I might give them a try and see if they give my springs a little lift.

I've had them for a few years now. They have helped with the jarring hits the suspension takes on our terrible roads!
