Grand Design 295 RL leveling system

Hello, looking to see if anyone has experienced this issue with the leveling system. If I use auto level all jacks work properly. When I use manual leveling the left rear jack will not go down. Go back to auto leveling and everything works fine.

Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.

Do you have an option for "Ground Rear Jacks" or something like that?
I have to ground them before I can manually adjust them.
Just a thought.

Thank you for the recommendation. Unfortunately our camper doesn’t have a ground rear jacks option. I tried lowering the rear jacks first to see if it would make a difference but no luck the left rear jack will not go down unless I use auto level.

On our 295RL (self installed aftermarket) Lippert 4pt Ground Control 3.0 leveling system, if you place the control in manual/extend mode, and press the bottom arrow the rear 2 jacks will extend. You can also select a single jack by using the left/right arrow and the front/rear arrow at the same time to extend/retract them individually.

Huge Thank You! I try your recommendation while breaking up camp this afternoon and by pressing the left and rear buttons simultaneously I was able to manually lower the left rear jack.
