Thanks Scott, interesting that it impacts those two floor plans? Also, maybe I missed it, but did it give a manufacturing year range or is it the 2020-2023 builds that the Imagine CSP references for the same issues? Interesting that this is also a Lippert TSB 019-002-2025.
Mine had V-clips from the factory (front right hanger v-clip weld broke) and GD found a web crack so I have the 1x2 the entire length of both webs compliments of Lippert paying a visit to the GD factory.

I didn't get notification for mt 2024 303rls built in fall 2023. I will follow up on this.

The affected units in the letter ended in July of 23 IIRC.

From what I understand the letters were just getting out there. Wait a bit and it will probably show up.

Good Question. I got the notice for my 303RLS VIN which I verified as correct. The letter states the recall affects units produced between July 24, 2020, and June 14, 2023. Mine is a 2019 model and I took possession in March of 2019 so before the production dates stated. Jeez Grand Design!

If I had a unit outside the recall dates I'd appreciate getting the letter like you did. It would show me where they are concerned and I would inspect my trailer in the same places just for peace of mind.

Wonder if the 7/24/2020 date was the model year change over to 2021 models? Very curious - three floor plans from three different model lines all with the same dates.

The recall campaign 920015 is for all 303s from 2014-2021.

I called GD about another issue and asked this question since my 310 build date falls in that range. Turns out the letters mistakenly copied the original Imagine 2910BH dates onto this new customer satisfaction program in error. The affected 303RLS build dates are June 2013 to May 2021.

I just received the Recall for my 303RLS. I was planning to winterize it this weekend and will post photos of the cracks in the welds.

Hmmmm.... our 2017 Reflection 26RL had the same problem early on in our ownership, which we had fixed on our own. Broken weld on spring hanger.
