Grey water handle question?

The grey water handle wiggles in the panel at the round base where it goes in like its not attatched . My question is im guessing there maybe a nut on the back of it? And do you have to take the whole panel off to get to it? Thanks! Not my panel just pic for reference

Or can you access it under the rv?

Yes, there is a nut on both sides. You don't have to remove the panel, just need to get access to the rear side of of the panel.

Just ensure the cable sheath is not twisted (ie, under tension) when you tighten them against the panel.
