Posting this as more of a FYI on an unusual failure.

Trying to retract the left middle stabilizer, it would not retract and would only go up in 1/4 - 1/2" increments on each button push to retract. I was able to get it retracted, with the board beeping, and saying LM failure. Once I got home, called Lippert (great customer service), and they made several suggestions to trouble shoot. When I pulled the rubber plug on the bottom of the motor, some water came out, not sure how water got in as the plug on the top was on properly. Switching wires to run the motor off the rear connection did nothing to fix it, and it worked manually, so I started taking it apart. Everything looked great, and worked manually. Ultimately testing the motor itself, it spun manually great, but with power, it would spin a 1/4" and lock up. Never seen that before. The screws to the motor were corroded, so although I did not take the motor itself apart, I would bet it is corroded inside.

One thing of note, if you are manually retracting the leg with a drill, make sure you disconnect the motor connections, as it can produce power with the spinning and back feed that power into the system, not something you want.
