HappiJac Malfunction

In Colorado on vacation. Used the happijac for the first time. Lowered the lower benches with no problem. Went to raise today and nothing. Won't go up or down, no sound from the motor, no clicking, checked fuse, it is okay. In a couple of days need to load the motorcycle to go home. Need help in determining what is wrong. Outlets and lights in garage work so there is power to that area.

Check connections on the little white control box by the motor if I remember right the limit switches are fail safe meaning if they don't have a curcuit it won't move.

When it hits the limit switch it opens the curcuit for that direction so if the curcuit is open (loose/broken/etc ) it thinks it is at limit.

P.s. I think if you short out the upper limit switch it should be able to move up
