It's that time of year again folks. Have a happy Harvest Moon. BONUS - this year is a "super" harvest moon!

I see what you did there.... It was pretty tonight at the Florida Space Coast.

Cloudy and rainy here in the Knoxville, TN area. We are in a "severe" drought section of the area and yesterday we got a little over an inch of rain here, so no viewing of the Harvest moon, but much needed rain fell for us.

The moon started out beautiful and orange by the time it was time for the partial eclipse in our area it turned back to normal. Wish we'd of gotten some of that rain too

What's kind of weird is that we are still 3.xx inches Ahead for our yearly rainfall total....but the entire month of Aug was almost completely dry, and Sept, so far has been very dry. Sept is supposed to be our driest month, by averages, and we are still almost 1.75 inches behind just for Sept. So yea, it's been dry for sure.
