Can't hardly wait. Kerry retired last Saturday and we are heading out for about a 4 week road trip next Wednesday. First stop sacramento ca. to see some old friend for a few days. Then off to Arizona for the last few days of baseball spring training and to see our favorite team, the Giants, on opening day against the Diamondbacks. Then up through Colorado to see our niece and nephew in the Springs, and more friends in Ft. Collins. Sister-in-law in Wyoming, and make a loop back to Oregon. The great thing is not having a return date that we have to make..

Congratulations Kerry! Hope y'all have a wonderful, safe trip :) Sounds like loads of fun!

This will be our longest trip/vacation away from home, ever..... And hope to have many more

Congratulations Kerry! I just retired on Jan. 22nd, went on a Caribbean cruise, had a retirement party, bought our Solitude all in 16 days! I love retirement and I'm sure you will too. Have a wonderful road trip and enjoy visiting family and friends.

I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas Eve.. It's finally here, leaving in the morning on our journey..

Sounds like lots of miles and tons of fun. It sure is nice to just be able to clean up from the last trip and load up for the next trip. We will be handing out in about 2 weeks to LaConner, WA for the tulip festival. We are also in the final decision stage on whether to drive to Indiana for the rally. Right now the needle is pointing to yes. We wish you good and safe travels.

Gsport, I found this...

"How do I add an image to a post?

If you have uploaded an image as an attachment, you can click the arrow next to the 'Attachment Icon' and select it from the list. This will be inserted into your post and can be located where you want it displayed.

To include an image that is not uploaded as an attachment and is located on another website, you can do so by copying the full URL to the image, (not the page on which the image is located), and either pressing the 'Insert Image' icon or by typing
after it, ensuring that you do not have any spaces before or after the URL of the image. You can insert photos from your albums (?) in this way too."

I think you have to be in a new message window or the full reply, not the quick reply.
I notice when you're in either of those 2 windows at the bottom of the screen there's ADDITIONAL OPTIONS. And under that bar/box, there's ATTACHMENTS and a Manage Attachments button that lets you upload.

Hope this helps!

Let's see if this works.. In Redding, Ca.

There sure is a difference in camp grounds out here. This is a KOA in Sacramento, this one is almost all gravel sites..

Both sites look great Jim & Kerry.
I think I'd prefer a little more grass (..not the smoking kind!) with my campsites like you had at Redding.
