Heat air flow

I have a 2014 solitude it seems I don't have alot of air coming out of my island register when running the heat
Bathroom register and bedroom register have alot more air flow coming out living space is alot more colder than the upstairs

May have to look at the ducts in the basement to see if one fell off or is kinked

[Second Chance]

Besides falling off the back of the heater as Kim or Gene noted (and I've read a number of instances of that), I found a duct going back to the kitchen island that had been crushed flat. It had been routed underneath a cross-member and was flattened between that and the Coroplast underbelly.
