Heat pump on one control

On my 2021 momentum it says heat source heat pump or gas on heat pump just blows cold air . Wondering if it even has a heat pump

It may not...heat pump is an option, not a standard.

Do you have access to the MSRP build sheet? The owners packet came with at least 1 copy in it.

And, if you find out that you do have a heat pump, it takes a while for the thing to warm up. At least about 2-3 minutes depending on the outside temp. It will also only warm the outside air 20-30 degrees. So, it works well for Fall evenings, but not so much in the middle of January.

Very true and as such, we don't use ours much.
