Heater not turning on at all

I have a 2021 solitude 345gk. The furnace won’t turn on. My furnace worked just fine last year. I’ve taken a couple trips this summer, but didn’t need it until we were above 8000 ft. Set the thermostat to heat and nothing happens. No fan or blower turns on. Just nothing. The stove and oven work just fine. My AC works fine. But the heater doesn’t even make a sound like it’s trying to turn on. I checked the fuse panel down by the stairs, but there’s no fuse labeled furnace. Is there another fuse panel I’m unaware of? Does the furnace share a fuse with another appliance? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

To clarify, you get no fan motor action on the furnace at all? Or, does the fan come on but not the propane heat ignition?

Double check that your fan setting on the thermostat is set to Auto and try it. If it is already, and you are not getting the fan to come one but the A/C does (I assume it's a shared thermostat), then seems you need to get out the multimeter and verify you have power to the furnace since you have checked the fuses already.

That’s correct. I don’t even hear the fan come on. It is a shared thermostat. I will double check tomorrow to make sure I didn’t miss something. If there is no fuse labeled furnace, could it be sharing a fuse with something else? I just ordered a multimeter from Amazon. Should get here in a couple days. This only my second summer with this fifth wheel and I’m still accumulating tools. I will have to go on YouTube and do some crash courses on usage of a multimeter. I appreciate your response and will check back soon after I double check and hopefully know more. Any more input or ideas would be great.

Usually, there is a labeled fuse at the power center. It should be on the DC side and about 15A depending on the unit. Mine is listed as DC Circuit #3 15A Furnace. You should have a specific fuse labeled Furnace or Heater possibly. You can use a multimeter to verify the fuse is still good or swap it with another one of the same size that you know works and see if it makes a difference.

I was just about to post the same question. I pulled the 15A fuse out and put it back in. Selected furnace and turned the temp way up. Fan came on. We'll see what happens tonight/tomorrow morning.
