Help with Hitch Plate or Adapter Plate for a 2019 349M and my PullRite hitch

Does anyone know what Size or Model number for a 2019 349M King Pin Box, as I need to buy a Hitch Plate for my Pull Rite hitch. I just purchased the 5th wheel and trying to research the correct plate needed, but can't seem to find the correct info. I have 2500HD short bed. TIA

Pullrite has a fit chart online for the capture plates: https://www.pullrite.com/fit, you need to know the make/model of your pinbox.
