Help!!!!

2018 reflection 303rls. The kitchen slide center roller is cutting floor ? There are five rollers under slide. 4 are attatched to floor slide rolls across them. Center roller is the problem it is attatched to the underside of the slide on front . Its way too tight against the floor cutting and buckling vinyl. Slide is lubed rollers too. No bow or buckle in slide. Grand design had no solution for a fix. Slide out sleds wont work its to tight to roll up on anything. Almost seems like be best to take the roller off but idk how the molding comes off? Any ideas appreciated
