Hi from the UK and a new Momentum Fifth Wheel- 385TH

Hi All
Just wanted to introduce ourselves. My wife Hilary and I have ordered a new 385TH from Ashland RV KY, we will pick it up Feb 20th for the first trip south.
I have a 2007 F550 and for the last 3 years a Keystone Raptor we hope the new Momentum will give us lots of fun.

It would be good to get any feed back from the forum who have a Momentum or any good tips for us, one last thing we do live in the UK and come over to the US to tour and enjoy our self's in your great land.

Please we have this forum to start out with on this new venture. will send a photo in the new year!

Thanks for the welcome and quick response, we picked on Ashland by chance we were on a drive from Memphis to PA and made the decision to start looking for a new RV.
After phoning every dealer on the way they were the only dealer to have some toy haulers in stock and he phoned us back!, at first we wanted to see the Forest River XLR but the salesman Tony at Summit RV said he had the GD range. This was a new RV to us and ticked all the boxes so please we did drop in to see them.
So far we have had very good service from Summit I will update this after we pick up our new RV.

tonyself. Congratulations on you purchase of the Grand Design Momentum 385TH. I picked up my Momentum 385TH about 3 weeks ago. I have not been able to take it out due to I live in the Northeast and it is not camping weather riight now. I have been inside the unit numerous times testing everything and giving tours to friends and neighbors. I did a lot of research before I decided on the Momentum. I looked at all the major manufacturers toy haulers (Raptor, Fuzion, Cyclone, XLR, Voltage) and decided on the Momentum because of the constuction qualities, the floor plan and because of the reputation of the owners of Grand Design, who I have had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with numerous times. You will not be dissapointed with your purchase. There is a Momentum thread on this forum and I have already posted numerous pics of my Momentum. Good Luck and Happy Camping!!!!!
