Hitch or Pin box for better towing

I also have a Hensley Trailer Saver and do not regret spending the money. I like the way the head latches on the pin. The wedge in front of the jaws seems to constantly force the jaws tighter. Also, I have not been able get any kind of false latching meaning that if the hitch closes, there is no question that it is latched. And of course the ride is great.

The way we live, I only hook up the trailer a few times a year anymore so 90 percent of the time, I take the hitch out of the truck. The puck setup is the standard now so I release the pucks and pull the hitch out with the trailer. The hitch spends most of its life hanging on the trailer.

x2 for the Anderson!

I have a 337 and use the Anderson Ultimate 5th wheel hitch and am happy with it. It only weighs around 50 something pounds and is easy to remove.

Since the Anderson doesn't have moving parts it avoids a lot of the "chucking"

Recently purchased a 337 and opted to change out the stock rhino pin for a Reese goosebox. I have never towed a fifth wheel so I have no comparison. I was expecting to be much more difficult to hookup since I do not have a camera in the truck bed. We use the magnetic trailer hitching aid for alignment. Happy with how it tows and I like having the truck bed free.
