New to the forum. We have a 2022 Reflection 226RK that we purchased new in spring of 2023. This past summer (2024) we made a long awaited trip to Alaska from Cincinnati. First night out the slide failed. Long story short, we were able to get repairs made at PleasureLand RV in Shakopee, MN (fantastic people). But, the technician informed me that the problem would arise again as the opening in the side of the camper was not square and he could not meet the required tolerances when installing the replacement parts on the slide. He advised that when we get back home, have our dealer inspect the opening and get Grand Design involved. We did get GD involved and our dealer was not very helpful in trying to help correct the problem. I would like to take it back to GD and have them look at and tell me if the opening is correct or not. Evidently the measurements taken by my dealer were inconclusive or incorrect. My unit sat at the dealer for almost 2 months and we wanted to get it back. I spoke with GD technicians and they would not agree to have me bring the unit to them. I've seen other posts where units were taken back and had things fixed (correctly). How do you get GD to agree to have a unit brought to their service center?

I have not. Thank you for the contact information. Yesterday I sent GD Customer Service another email requesting an appointment at the Service Center. If they do not reply, I will try Mr. McCarthy. Thanks again!
