Here's a picture of what happened to an unlucky camper at Pismo Coast Village in Pismo Beach CA in the first week of January. Due to a downpour of rain coupled with some high winds, two trees were uprooted. Luckily no one was hurt in this incident, but I think those campers will be looking for a new trailer. PCV staff says that two trees fell that day. The good thing is there`s a Grand Design dealer a few miles down the road.

We`ll be going there next week, let's hope for nice weather.

Yikes..... That is not good.....
That is a nice place to stay. The spaces are packed in pretty tight.

Wow! Really surprised the rig held the weight of that tree off the ground. Glad no one was hurt.

El rojo, I was thinking the same thing. I've seen mobile homes and block homes not fare as well as this rig. Glad no one was hurt.

Yep that would be a bad day. Also not the time to find out how good your insurance is. Likewise surprised that the trailer held the weight of that tree. Must have been a slow fall.
