If you can't decide whether you should invest in TPMS

What size socket for the spare?
I used the included tool to lower the spare. I'm guessing that is what OP is referring to. I don't know the size but I need to find out myself as it is much easier to use a impact tool on the spare tire retainer. The spare doesn't have it's own lug nuts. No spare does. You use the ones on the wheel that is flat.
 
What I found in a thread is Spare needs 13/16 deep as opposed to the 3/4 lug nuts. At a time when I thought I was going to start culling tools I seem to be buying more. Recently added 6 ton bottle jack, 1/2” drive torque wrench more deep sockets and extensions not to mention assorted hoses, filters, more wheel chocks. RV were not this intense when we had our last 5th wheel 20 years ago.:)
