Impressed with great customer service!!!!

I sent an email to Grand Design customer service early this morning. Within two hours I had an answer to my questions from JD Adams, Regional Service Manager.
Now that's one of the reasons we purchased a Grand Design.
Thank you.
 
It's no joke. This company walks the talk. I emailed JD last night about a small issue / favor. I got a response this morning and I have something coming in the mail!

I love the decision I made. Like many I had a fairly new 5th wheel that I just wasn't that happy in so I took a loss on a gamble, basically. I wish I could have this much luck in Vegas! :)
 
I just hope they can keep it up. There are those that will abuse the direct communication and good faith of GD and start submitting frivolous & deceitful claims and ruin a good thing for the rest of us.
 
Poppy, I would agree. I actually got two responses to my email.
I think we found the perfect 5th wheel and a company that offers amazing after sales support. Time will tell but so far I'm very impressed!!

Another kudos from me as well to GD. 3 warranty claims and all successfully resolved. I've been very impressed. On one of them I was able to negotiate a lower price with the shop on the work. At least GD was able to put the money in their pocket. I agree with you though...it is just a matter of time...hopefully I am wrong.
 
JD is great! He knows his stuff and is very professional handling issues. Tim Reams is also a great guy, all attributed to his wife Julie. :p These guys bailed me out of a jam this weekend...Bad LP detector, leveling system module and Kantleak.

They are definitely a great crew to work with.
 
I have had a couple issues that were resolved a rapid as one could expect. The struggling issue early on was the dealer. So since changed service provider, so we will see. As far as Grand Design, I agree, JD has been very responsive and in the early stages, Peter Kinden help to sell me on the GD with all the truthful information. I too like POPPY, bought a different 5th wheel and was very unhappy. My reflection as its replacement has been great, so for me a few $$$ was contributed to a great learning experience and now happy! Good Luck & Be Safe ! ! !
