That’s great! I’ll try it if it happens again. Best Buy sent us a replacement range. Easy to remove and replace using orange forearm straps and a moving blanket to slide it on the floor around the island! Good thing I have long arms to reach behind the range

I’m having the exact same issue now on 9/24/2024 with my oven dial not returning to the ignite or off position! I completed the request form with Best Buy but wondering if anybody knows if they now have a fix for this issue or if they are still replacing the range?

Wow, it’s been 3 years since I had this issue and the mfg still hasn’t resolved it? All I can say is the replacement unit that I put in 3 years ago is still working great. Hopefully they’ll still replace it for you under warranty.

It’s been over a year since we purchased so not sure they’d do the right thing

Best Buy sent me a replacement oven. So far works great. But I’m very careful when I use the oven.

I called their customer service number , told them my issue and they sent a new one no questions asked.
