Interior Speakers

I have 2022 3950BH and cannot get the speakers inside to work. They work outside. When we use the TV the sound only comes through the TV not the speakers behind the TV. Does anybody know how to access the speakers? It is a TCL smart TV that is mounted to the wall. It is actually mounted to what looks like an extra piece of wood behind the TV.

The inside (and outside) speakers are typically powered by your stereo unit. You'd need to adjust both the stereo and the TV to use the stereo and its speakers. Do the inside speakers work when you play the radio?

No the inside speakers do not work. All speakers worked last year. But this fall the outside speakers quit working. We took it in to get fixed. Then found out the interior speakers don’t work. Just can’t figure out how to access the interior speakers or the back of the receiver. I will add a picture when I get back home.

On our Furrion DV3300, the front surrounding bezzle snaps off and reveals 4 mounting screws. Unscrew and our receiver comes right out. Would lookup the manual for your receiver and see where they hid the screws.

On ours, the inside speakers also lost connection. Had to remove the receiver. Found that the din pigtail plug (with spealer wires) came loose Just popped it back in and all works again

Thank you everyone for your help and ideas. We figured out how to get the trim off the stereo unit. Everything was nice and secure. Found out it was just as simple as pressing the dial and asked if we wanted to turn on that zone. Husband found that simple fix on another forum. We felt super dumb. So hopefully this helps someone else in the future.
