I have a 2023 375RES that we bought new in April 2024.
We are full timing since July 2024.
At one dealer I stopped at, I asked how the battery cutoff and inverter disconnect should be situated. Someone, possibly a salesman, came out and set the switches. I asked when they should be changed and he said only if it goes into storage.
A couple of times when I was without shore power, I took a tester and checked all the receptacles I could find, and none indicated power.
My big question, was does the inverter power?
I understand schematics are not available to the public.
Thanks for the positive responses.

You need the batteries disconnect on, the inverter disconnect on and also, there may be a button or switch on the inverter to turn it on as well. Then, try a few outlets.

I can’t guess which outlets are powered on your unit, but on my trailer(Solitide), all the outlets are powered except whatever the microwave and fireplace go into.

On our solitude only the residential fridge is powered.

Do you have a residential fridge?

If you put it in storage, just remove the positive cable from the battery. The switches will never need to be changed and you will be sure nothing is powered.

Can you post a picture of your circuit breakers box and a picture of the Inverter? Often the circuit panel is actually broken down into 2 circuits and the lower half may be powered by the Inverter when not on shore power. But your inverter may not be wired into the panel and it may just power the fridge if it is a residential fridge.

So; tell GD that you need a new inverter.
When we took delivery of our Solitude, it had a bad inverter. They sent us a new one. It's an easy install.
