Is this normal?

I noticed the vents in the kitchen and bedroom have a slant in the vent. The bathroom doesn't have this. I checked and they are not loose. Has me concerned if not normal. :-(

I hope you're right. I just never paid attention before.

Two of the 3 vents in my Reflection 337 are slanted like that, positioned on the slope of the roof.
I don't remember which ones.

I hope that's the case here. Looks like the kitchen and bathroom would be at the same angle though.
