Jensen stereo/dvd player will not turn on

Hi all,
We have a 2020 imagine xls 22 rbe that we have been enjoying the last several years with minimal issues. On our last trip, the Jensen stereo/dvd player would not power on. Worked fine on previous trip and the clock still displays (but we can't change the time). Our fans stopped working as well and I read somewhere that could be the problem. We just replaced the fans and they now work, but the stereo still does not. Has anyone encountered this issue and successfully resolved it? Thanks in advance for any tips!

It looks like this is your first post, welcome aboard. It's interesting that the clock is working but nothing else. What happens if you disconnect the unit from power and then reconnect it?

Thanks! Have not tried "rebooting" it yet, but will give it a shot.

Just had this happen today. Had to hit the tiny reset button with a paperclip. Held for 5 seconds and back to the music.

If that doesn't work, trash it and replace it with a nice car head unit...will sound much better, believe me.

Ahhh - good to know there is a reset button, didn't even think to look for that. My wife got it working (she's the fixit person!). Took the faceplate off and unplugged it, plugged it back in and changed the fuse - working now. Will look for the reset button in case it happens again!

I'm sure it would! Not in the cards right now, but definitely an upgrade in the near future!
