My Jensen Stereo will not play a CD or DVD. Additionally, as mentioned in previous post, outdoor speakers do not work. Anyone else experiencing this?

Have you pulled the unit out and checked the electrical connections? On my coach sometimes the connections come loose.

A statement like that is a good way to get booted out of this group....

Jensen radios are generic in the GD line, not Imagine specific.

Now, on to your problem...

What does it not do? Won't accept the disc? Takes the disc, but can't get anything from it?

Do the indoor speakers work? What zone are you trying? Does the radio show all zones playing, but no sound coming out just the outside?

This Jensen JWM70A radio/DVD player was not pairing with any of my family's phones - no bluetooth signal found. I contacted ASA Electronics and they gave me some troubleshooting tips, confirmed the issue, and sent me a replacement free of charge. I just had to pay shipping to return my old unit to them for evaluation. They called it a Goodwill Warranty.

Pretty nice deal, for a radio that is 5 years old. The volume knob was jumpy as well - and this one is smooth.

Streaming music from my phone easily now. Simple plug and play repair. Wish they all were this way.

I'm a fan of some of Jensen's product line. While not peceived as a top tier brand by some, they make some great niche products. I use a Carplay enabled Jensen 9" screen radio, CAR910X in my truck, and my son uses the slightly larger CAR1000 unit in his. Works very well.

My JWM 40 died. I reached out to ASA, they initially said that it was out of warranty and needed to buy another one. My dealer said they would cover it under Extended warranty but the camper would need to be in the shop for 3 weeks. Reached back out to ASA, and they replaced with updated model as part of their "Goodwill Warranty" . Plug and play replacement. Thank you Jensen/ASA

So I am fan of Jensen. I also have one of their radio's in our Pontoon.

I have a 2023 320MKS and had issues with the Jensen.
The remote stopped working. They sent me a replacement Remote. The unit still did not respond to the replacement Remote. Sent the whole unit in along with the replacement remote.
They sent the unit back and the replacement remote. Said they could not find anything wrong.
Reinstalled the unit and everything worked!
Very quick turn-around from ASA.
I found ASA was pleasure to work with.

Ours has a reset button hole in the lower left corner, use a paper clip. Resetting fixed our issues. You do have to push the A or B speaker buttons for them to play, the display will tell which ones are on. It will have a small a or b above the radio station frequency. Also, ours goes to 0 volume after it's turned off and then back on. We have to reset the volume.
Does it accept a disc, i.e suck it into the player?
May sound like a dumb question but is the unit on? You have to push and hold the power button for it to come on or turn off on ours. Ours turns blue when it's on.

Well 4 months later, the remotes quit working. Ended up pulling the unit out, unplugging the main wire connection and re-installing the plug. The remotes are working again. I guess there is just enough vibrations when traveling to just loose the connection.

Yes, I had the same issue with my HDMI cable from the TV to the head unit. Whenever I would drive the cable would come loose. Solution? Used some Gorilla tape on the connection, no problem since then.
