Hi everyone! We just picked up our new 2014 GD Reflections 303RLS. Drove from So. California to Longmont, Co. to trade in our Keystone TT and picked up our 303 from Windish RV. These guys were awesome, the 5th wheel is awesome, and the drive was terrible. We got it home yesterday and we love it! The attention to detail and fit is outstanding! Some of the best!
Looking forward to using it soon and for many years to come!

Hiya nguyenbio! and welcome to the forums :)
Congratulations on the purchase of your new Reflections.

Welcome to the forum and to a rapidly growing group of very smart people, folks who bought a Grand Design. We love our 303.

Congratulations and welcome to the family!! We have had ours since December. We have been out 3 times and are always counting the days until our next outing!! I'm sure you have already noticed that most of us are totally happy with our units. New things of this magnitude are always going to have some warranty issues but that is normal.
Here's to many years of happy camping!!

Just wondering why was the drive terrible?

Thanks for the great welcome guys, we are so excited!

Well let's see......My wife and I took the 40 out to the 25 north. They had the 40 shut down in Barstow for about 20 miles due to a sandstorm and high winds. You could not see two feet in front of your vehicle. We had to drive on the old Route 66 for 20 miles at about 5 mph. We had 35-60 mph gusts the whole entire way towing our travel trailer we traded in. In the Raton Pass, the snow started dumping. I knew I was in trouble when I was one of the very few brave souls on the road. I put the truck in 4 wheel drive and traveled between 5 to 35 mph the entire way. In Denver, the roads were covered with snow and the plows were slow. Kept her slow and straight from there to Longmont. My wife wanted to pull over, but I was not about to stop and run the risk of getting snowed in. Our 18 hour drive turned into 23.5 hours.

On the way back with our 303, we were able to take the 76 to 70 to 15. Got home in 17 hours due to great weather. BTW, the 303 tows beautifully with our 2014 F250 Crewcab diesel.

Wow! Now I know why! Having family in San Diego I go thru Barstow when I go to Vegas. Never in those conditions! How did those 15 inch E rated tires hold up? That sounds like the weather we have in New Hampshire in the winter! Our camper is put away during those conditions. Enjoy! We will have our Reflection 303 sometime by July I hope!
