After only 2 short outings, we have some issues that frankly we didn't expect for the price, i.e. 2 shower skylight roof leaks, noisy frig, slide rubs island when closed, door hard to close even after max adjustment, stowage door alignment off. On the other hand we like the trailer and hopefully can get satisfaction when we take it in for first check-up.

I would just take care of that stuff on my own

These trailers ,no matter what they cost to buy, need a ton of adjustments over the years

I hope your dealer will do it for you quickly and not keep it for months as they normally do

20? A 2020? 2023?

Anyway, a leaky skylight seems to unfortunately be the norm as my 2023 2970RL also need a new skylight,

2023...not sure why the 23 got dropped. I fear that when I take it in for a warranty, i'll get a not covered response as technically it could of been act of god as in hail or similar.

I'm new at this posting stuff so please forgive if I'm off mark.

You maybe correct on the response. On one of my roof inspections I found a water leak on skylight over the shower. I removed the lap sealant and found the factory installed screw had broken the screw hole in the skylight. Warranty clam was denied. There was a "technical bulletin" for this issue sent to dealers by GD, but bulletin did not cover 2021 models. I'll just replace it myself to avoid dealer visit. Good luck and safe travels!

Welcome to the forum. While your first stop on warranty issues might be the dealer (and I hope they can get you fixed up quickly), be sure you also raise everything directly with GD customer service. If the dealer has a long wait time, GD might be willing to let you go with a mobile tech. Usually, that is a much faster process.
