Key Doesn't Work

Howdy All,

I tried getting into my 303RLS with the key but can't get it to turn either way. The key works fine for the dead bolt but not for the latch mechanism.
It's a 2019 and still under warranty but if this can be solved in an easy manner I would like to try getting it fixed with out having to go out of my way to a dealer.
Any suggestions, has anybody run across this?

Try pushing in on the door while turning.

The deadbolt isn’t much security. The latch is just there to let you lock yourself out.

That's the best suggestion. I have to lean on the door to open the latch.

Try to spray some graphite or lubricant in the key hole.

That happened to us, dealer found nothing wrong. Fast forward about 6 weeks while camping I got locked in...push for a new tumbler with a new key number.

Since I am new to this forum, oh heck any forum I hope I am doing this right. I will try the pushing, graphite, and all the other methods. But since I'm a retired carpenter my motto is if you can't fix it with a hammer...get a bigger hammer!
