King size bed option

We took delivery of our 325X and our king size bed was not in yet. The dealer said they would ship us the king size mattress when it arrived. Shouldn't they be changing the board out and new struts to lift the larger heavier mattress?

far as I know the queen and king bas uses the same base. King mattress just hangs over either edge

Yes, your plywood base should be larger for the king. We ordered our 337 with a king bed. Cut the base down for a queen mattress.

I think the struts would lift either a queen or a king. The mattresses are very light weight. We tried a foam topper and that did not help much. Threw the original away and replaced it with a foam mattress from Sam's.

We have just purchased a 317 with king size mattress and are wondering if others have installed any shelf units around the head of the bed to put things like books, clocks, etc on? Thanks
