Can I isolate the incoming plumbing and disconnect the kitchen faucet while still keeping water supply to bathroom/shower etc. until I can get parts delivered for repair?

I don't see anything giving me the option- anyone have a workaround or suggestion?

Put shut offs on the lines
You can get the PEX valves on that you just cut the line and press them in
I paid 10 dollars Canadian for one on my old trailer

Thanks NB-

I will look into that when I can get back home for some maintenance, however I'm out right now and need an in field fix for 10 days or so until I can get it back home.

Not one you are going to want to hear.

My work around would be to leave it alone unless you know you have a water leak. The pex hose system can withstand some freezing without breaking and causing a leak, I am not saying that it can't happen, it's just less likely than a similar situation and PVC pipe.

I would be outside turning the water supply off and back on depending on usage. Royal PITA. But should there be a water leak that would mitigate the damage.

I'll second this. We had the kitchen water lines freeze two or three times in our Reflection 337 without any damage. When I opened the Coroplast, I found bare lines laying on top of the Coroplast - no insulation. To add insult to injury, the little heat duct going to the kitchen island area underneath had been squashed flat between the Coroplast and a frame cross-member... and was point the wrong way! I fixed all that and added foam pipe insulation to the water lines. Never had an issue after that.
